This is our most comprehensive program.  We monitor your progress every step of the way, adjusting and upgrading your program as necessary.  Uncompromising attention to every detail to assure progression to our goal of optimal health, appearance, and performance.

Integrative Training Philosophy

We believe it’s important to have a comprehensive training philosophy and not just a workout routine if the client is going to achieve optimal results.  Our philosophy is that optimal health, appearance, and performance can be achieved through an integrative program of resistance, conditioning, nutrition, and recovery.  Each of our training programs are designed around this philosophy.

Professional Team

Health Coaching and Personal Training is all we do.  For us this is more than a job.  It’s a career that we are passionate about!  We attempt to stay abreast of the latest information in health, nutrition, and exercise science so that we can continue to  provide our clients with the best training services available.

Collaborative Program Design

Together our relevant experience include: health coaching, personal training, athletic coaching, body building, food chemistry, clinical chemistry, and Pilates.  We collaborate on each new client’s program to assure the most optimal approach is taken to reach our client’s goals.

Tracking/Accountability Systems

Since you can’t manage what you don’t measure, we employ a multitude of tracking and accountability systems.  Including automated weight tracking, sleep duration and quality, steps taken, and food consumption; just to name a few.

Health Metrics Analysis

One of our most unique offerings is the ability to assist clients in understanding blood analysis requested by their doctors.  Frederick’s previous occupation as a Clinical Chemist affords him an in-depth understanding of the test requested and the results obtained.  We’ve help clients feel comfortable asking their doctor questions about these test that may sometime seem very intimidating.

Email/Text Support

Your not just a client when you’re in a training session.  We make ourselves available via email, or text  seven day a week to answer your questions when you need help.

Online Program Access

All programs are created and stored online allowing clients instant access to their programs anywhere in the world at anytime.  It also allows us and the client to track their progress over the entire training relationship.

No Membership Required

There is no gym membership or gym fee required when you train with us.  This means that if you’re already have a gym membership elsewhere, you can maintain that membership, and still train with us.

Complimentary Initial Consultation

This 60 minute “getting to know you” session allows us to find out what your goals are, assess your current condition, and answer any questions you may have.  This session is instrumental in the customization of any training option you may be interested in.
